flashback friday:one year ago...today

Or something about this time....

We were at Eagle Lake, Susanville Ca.

I miss those "lake Days".

I miss hanging with friends.

I know, you need to be careful what you wish for, and I wished to move home and be with my family.

I am sooooo happy to be here.

I hate that I can't have both worlds.

I REALLY miss feeling so independent.

I really miss that small town feel.

I really miss that ward of interesting and kooky, yet awesome loving people.

I miss that family.

I miss my card nights with Jeff and our friends.

I miss late nights at the casino getting fries and pie.

I miss the girl birthday dinners. (Mazatlan or Happy Garden or Black bear diner baby!)

I miss getting ready for Twilight movies with my peeps.

It didn't even go and see the new one yet.

Nope, Not even to the midnight showing!!!!!!

It just isn't the same with out, Jenae and Monica, and Kim....or Reagan...Jaquelle, Tricia, Dana...Ashley.. the whole group of girls.

I miss my Scrapbook nights with the girls.

I miss the trips to Reno for supplies. It was like a once a month standing date with Jeff.

I miss that everything and everyone was 5 minutes away.

I miss the whole town.

I miss my old life I had a year ago.

I do love 23 of the most adorable boys I can have in my presence to to hug and kiss their cheeks and 4 of the funniest but sweetest little girls within 20 minutes.

I love that I can get a hug from my mom in the same 20 minutes and I love that I can see 5 of the best sisters I have ever had any time I want. I do like my brothers too.

I am happy to be home, but sad to be away from it too.

Does that make sense?

It is summer and all I want to do is load up the kids and head to Eagle Lake.

Would I move back to Susanville?

Yes, I would.

Just say when.

I know.... I will just take turns... A few years there and then a few years here and then a few years there. we will just go back and forth......

Do you think Jeff and my mom will go for it....?
