It is better than pumkin pie and alot less work.
I don't have a picture... we ate it all too fast before I could get one. But I am making it on Christmas day for dessert so I will take a picture then and put the picture on the post.
Pumpkin Crumble
1 can Libby's Pumkin Pie Mix
1 Box Yellow cake mix
2/3 Carnation Evaporated Milk
2 large egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 cube butter
Empty can of pumpkin into mixing bowl.
Add milk, eggs, sugar, and cinnamon.
Using mixer, mix very well.
Poor into deep 9x13 inch baking dish.
In seperate bowl, pour cake mix.
Melt cube of better. Pour melted butter into cake mix and mix with electric hand mixer until it crumbles.
Spread crumble evenly over top of pumpkin mix.
Bake in a 350 oven for 50 minutes.
Delicious if warm with ice cream.
Really good cold with whipped cream.
Yumm-ey just all by it's self.
