This is such an easy recipe. And so good. Zero prep time, too.
Italian Chicken
4 - frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 - cube butter or margarine
1 cube of cream cheese - softened
1 Italian dressing season packet
1 can cream of chicken soup
In crock pot, add chicken, butter or margarine, and season packet.
Cover, and cook 4 to 5 hours in crock pot.
(this is when I allow the cream cheese to soften)
Remove chicken from crock pot, cut into small bite size pieces.
In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and cream of chicken soup.
Add creamed mixture to juice in crock pot. Mix well.
Add in chicken and mix well.
Serve over rice.
So easy and very good.
We have this one at least twice a month.
It is a family favorite.

So I've noticed that you put how often you eat the recipes you share. This is a family favorite and you eat it twice a month!?! It's hard for me to fill a whole week without repeating a meal, and we practically have the same thing for each day of the week EVERY week. Mon.-tacos, Tue.-spaghetti, Wed.- pancakes & eggs... Sundays are the only meals that we change up a bit.
Your kids must be good eaters, and you must like to cook! I have neither one of those going for me :)
NO FRICKEN WAY LOL I was so going to post the same thing on my blog LOL - we made this for the first time 2 weeks ago and we love it I just make it with noodles instead of rice and i do not add butter HUM that might make it better butter is always good - we have made it the past 2 weeks in a row it is defiantly going to be one we make a lot in this house
